Service Description
This message emphasizes the importance of leaders in all arenas leading with diligence. Leaders must have the ability to cast vision that's more compelling and more powerful than people's fears. They must be willing and able to develop support teams. And they shouldn't hesitate to invest in themselves in order to advance their leadership skills. When leadership fails to lead well within the church, the church falters and the kingdom is lost to people who need to see God's goodness through the actions of Christ-followers. And for those whose lives are impacted by leaders in the church and elsewhere, it's important to acknowledge them and their influence.
