Pam is currently Training and Content Director for the Willow Arts. Over the past 20 years she has worked for both the for-profit and not-for-profit organizations using her gifts of leadership, creativity and administration.

She served at Willow Creek Community Church in the Programming ministry for almost 18 years. For 11 years she served as the Director of New Community, Willow’s midweek worship service designed to help believer’s live out their faith. She has helped to lead, create and plan events for groups as small as 25 and as large as 25,000.

Pam works within TrueNorth128 as consultant, coach and producer. TrueNorth128 is a group of individuals committed to helping organizations and individuals achieve their mission and goals. Pam attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, where she received her Masters of Social Work, concentrating in the areas of Policy, Planning & Administration. She received her Bachelor’s of Social Work from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois.

Pam and her husband Wayne have been married for 25 years. They live in Algonquin, Illinois with their two sons, Alex & Max.
