CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund of fees if your request is received 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations received after 30 days prior to the event will be refunded at 50%.

Transfers: Registrations are not transferable to other churches or organizations. Please contact the Customer Service Center (800.570.9812) if someone from your church or organization will be attending in your place. There is no fee for this type of transfer. Registration fees for Leaders Table events are not transferable to other WCA conferences or events.

CHILDREN
While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants, and we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you are registering others who have small children, please relay this information to them.

MODEL RELEASE
For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the WCA to use your likeness in promotional materials.
