It’s a focused time for Arts Leaders or Drama Ministry Leaders to open their hearts and minds to one another, as you grow through positive dialogue. Together you’ll find fresh ideas, tools, and the motivation you need to make your Arts ministry—and your leadership—even more effective. Nancy Beach will spend a day with 20-30 Arts Point Leaders for a time of coaching, discussion, and interaction at each Leaders Table event.

The Leaders Table is designed exclusively for you: the point leader of the creative arts worship area of your church—the one in charge of all the teams who help create your Sunday services. It’s an opportunity for you to sit down with Nancy Beach, a seasoned worship/programming director who’s worked with hundreds of churches, to be lead through a personal and problem-solving discussion in a safe and collaborative environment.
