CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact the Customer Service Center on or before 4/14/2009 for a refund of your conference fees less a $45.00 cancellation fee per person.
TRANSFER POLICY
Should you wish to transfer your registration to another conference, you must contact us on or before 5/12/2009. Your registration fees will be transferred to the conference selected less the $45.00 transfer fee per person. Additional payment may be required depending on the price of the new conference. Any overpayment remaining after the transfer fee will be refunded.
NO CHILDREN
While families are very important to us, WCA conferences are adult training events, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Childcare is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.
MODEL RELEASE
For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the WCA to use your likeness in promotional materials.
