One of the great challenges facing the Arts Director is working alongside the Sr. Pastor. Much of the time the Teaching Pastor not able to be present in the planning, and simply give a sermon title and a bit of content to the team in order to begin planning. Our experience says the best services seem to be planned when the teaching Pastor is a part of the creative process.
