A modern re-telling of the Biblical story of Mary and Elizabeth with a bit of a southern flavor. It is a warm and touching portrayal of two women experiencing God's anointing on their lives. Mary is confused by all that is going on, but her wise aunt assures her that it is God Himself who has performed a miracle in her life. It ends with a prayer of surrender by Mary. This is a very nice piece for Christmas, or a weekend during Advent.
This was good! We utilized this drama during our Christmas program and it was really received well. It's theme of accepting the call of God regardless of the circumstances which at times can be scary, really hit home for many people. Just one more great script coming from the creative team at Willow. Keep em coming!
